The Social Media Manager is responsible for shaping the voice, content, and daily presence of PlayProDomino.com across all social media platforms. This role involves developing and executing a content strategy that increases brand awareness, drives player engagement, grows our community, and establishes PlayProDomino as the leading destination for online dominoes worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Develop, create, and publish original content that attracts new players and keeps existing community members engaged.

• Create a content calendar featuring gameplay highlights, tournaments, player stories, educational content, product updates, promotions, and community-driven content.

• Monitor conversations, trends, and discussions within the dominoes, gaming, and online community spaces to ensure PlayProDomino remains relevant and active.

• Engage directly with players, responding to comments, messages, feedback, and community discussions.

• Support the promotion of tournaments, events, competitions, and new platform features.

• Analyze social media performance metrics and audience insights to continuously improve engagement, growth, and player acquisition.

• Collaborate with marketing, community, and product teams to support company initiatives and campaigns.

• Identify opportunities to work with content creators, streamers, influencers, and domino community leaders.

• Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats to maximize reach and engagement.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of PlayProDomino's Spanish-language social media channels across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube.

• Develop, create, translate, and publish engaging content tailored specifically for Spanish-speaking audiences.

• Build relationships with domino players, content creators, influencers, streamers, and community leaders throughout Spain and Latin America.

• Monitor conversations, trends, cultural moments, and discussions relevant to Spanish-speaking gaming and domino communities.

• Engage directly with community members by responding to comments, messages, feedback, and questions in Spanish.

• Help organise and promote online tournaments, events, competitions, and community initiatives targeted at Spanish-speaking players.

• Identify opportunities to grow PlayProDomino's presence within key Latin American and Spanish markets.

• Analyze social media performance, engagement metrics, and audience insights to improve content strategy and community growth.

• Work closely with marketing and community teams to ensure campaigns resonate with Spanish-speaking audiences.
